El Pandillo Recipe

2 oz. G4 Blanco Tequila
1 oz. pineapple purée
3/4 oz. Midori Liqueur
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. agave syrup
3 dashes of cucumber bitters
Topped with Agua Mineral


Shake all ingredients with 2 cubes of ice vigorously. Strain into collins glass, top with Agua Mineral. Garnish with pineapple spears and dehydrated lime wheel.
