Pandillo Mojito

2 oz G4 Tequila Blanco
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz ginger infused agave nectar
.5 oz pineapple juice
Pinch of mint
Cucumber ribbon
Top with mineral water


Lightly muddle 5 mint leaves into a shaker, add all ingredients into the shaker with ice, excluding mineral water. Shake and then pour without straining into a tall glass. Top with mineral water. Garnish with mint spring and cucumber ribbon.
