Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and though this part of El Pandillo is not the most scenic, it does show you the business end of getting you guys the tequila that you’re looking for.
We’ve already shipped more G4 in 2024 than in many past whole years, we’re working that hard to meet demand and we’re doing it with the best quality tequila that we’ve ever made!
Soon we will be filing barrels in the new cava so we will also have more aged G4 expressions in the future for you.

For our Reposado fans on this #FelipeFriday, in transit now is another truckload of G4 Tequila Reposado.
This is Lot 15RE
This is a young Reposado, just 3 months, but a blend of barrels again as we continue testing new barrels for the new cava.
Lot 15 is mostly old Dickle barrels but also a few single use, French Oak, ex-Chardonnay Wine barrels which paint this Reposado with a good bit of color and added character.
Felipe likes these light use French barrels very much and has ordered 100 of them for the new cava.
More aged G4 to come and we’re making the new profile Blanco as fast as possible both for you and to fill barrels.

Did you know that with distillation of G4 Tequila there is no cutting of heads?
The flavor filled puntas are included with every Lot of G4.
There are steps taken throughout the process from how quickly the harvested agave gets into the oven to the process of heating the mosto for distillation that allows this to be so.
Just one of the special details done by the Mad Scientist on this and every #TequilaTuesday to make G4 the best tequila that our family has produced in 4 Generations of tequila mastery.
On the way to the U.S. now is a truck which is 1/2 G4 Blanco and 1/2 G4 Extra Anejo - 3 years aged.
This will take approximately 3 weeks to pass through all transport and be on store shelves, depending where you are.
We had no Extra Anejo in 2023 and honestly 1/2 a Truck isn’t that much, this will sell out in a few minutes.
The Extra Anejo will be allocated to the areas and then to the stores and bars who have been selling the most G4 in 2023 so if you’re wanting a bottle you should check in with the place where you normally have been buying G4.
That is the most details that we can provide, Distributors manage distribution.
If you’re interested in G4 Extra Anejo, talk to your best G4 retailer probably next #FelipeFriday and they might have some information about what they’re getting and when.
If you are a Retailer or Bar wanting some Extra Anejo, please check in with your G4 Distributor next week.
Remember the new cava is almost finished and some day there will be much more aged G4. We’re doing our very best work.

What is the least visually sexy part of making #tequila which is also the most important part of making tequila?
Fermentation.
Every aspect of time and environment and temperature and vessel and the make up of the millions of little yeasties is a variable which turns the sweet agave juice into sour agave beer.
One of the only parts of production that can go irreparably wrong.
This is really where the magic happens!
