The Mercury Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. G4 Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. orgeat (I like Liber & Co here)
1/4 oz. Kalani coconut liqueur
3 dashes Bittermens Burlesque bitters
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously until arctic cold. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime peel.
