Agua de Jamaica Margarita

Homemade Hibiscus Syrup:
4 cups of Water
1 cup Sugar
1 cup dried Hibiscus flowers
1 Cinnamon stick
A few slices of Ginger
A few Allspice Berries
Bring all ingredients to boil in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves and then just let it sit and steep until it’s cool.
For the Margaritas:
2 parts G4 Tequila Blanco
1 part Hibiscus Syrup
1/2 part Lime Juice
Dashes of Agave nectar to sweeten as much as you like.


Shake and serve over crushed ice with a lime wheel or a fresh hibiscus flower if you can find one in February.
