Mexican Firing Squad

Ingredients
2oz Blanco tequila (I used G4)
0.75oz Grenadine
0.75oz Lime
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Soda, to top
Orange twist, to express and garnish
Instructions
Shake first four ingredients and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda and garnish with an expressed orange twist.
Some bartenders make this cocktail without the soda, but I think the effervescence improves it. The trick, however, is the orange twist. That bit of citrus expressed over the top ties it all together.
