Mexican Stroll

2 ounces G4 Blanco

3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

3/4 ounce Chamomile syrup (1:5-1)

1 egg white or aqua faba (vegan)

3 drops Angostura bitters, for garnish

1 whole nutmeg, for garnish


Pour ingredients into a mixing glass. Close the shaker and shake very hard without ice for a few seconds. Add large cold ice and shake vigorously up to 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters and freshly ground nutmeg.

Chamomile syrup:
Brew one liter of a very strong chamomile tea. Let cool and strain. Add 1.5 parts sugar to the tea by weight. Stir until dissolved. Store refrigerated.
